The City of Orillia is committed to providing safe, respectful, and inclusive recreation and culture spaces for all. The Respect+ Program and policy sets clear expectations and a consistent, safety-first approach to managing unacceptable behaviour across all City facilities. Everyone - staff, participants, and visitors - has the right to feel safe and the responsibility to act with respect. Harassment and violent behaviour will not be tolerated, and organizations using City facilities are responsible for the conduct of their participants and spectators.
